ERITREAN DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION WELCOMES YOU
Hope Is Where the Heart Is
MAKING CHANGE POSSIBLE
Founded in 1976, the Eritrean Development Foundation has made tremendous a impact thanks to the help of members and volunteers in Eritrea. The core of our work lies in the continuous passion and dedication we bring to the range of projects we lead. Please join us by supporting our efforts to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people of Eritrea.
Our organization began as the Eritrean Relief Association (ERA) in 1976 with its mission to provide relief supplies during the war for liberation. During this time, relief supplies were not getting into areas outside of major cities like Asmara and Keren. So the Eritrean Relief Association worked to provide and distribute emergency relief supplies like food, medicine, etc to the population of Eritrea.
